EPSCoR Programs
EPSCoR program funding is offered by six federal agencies. South Carolina is eligible for support through four of those federal agencies.
NSF EPSCoRThe National Science Foundation supports EPSCoR projects within South Carolina through the Research Infrastructure Improvement Grant program and Co-Funding.
DEPSCoR
The Department of Defense, through the Army Research Office (ARO), the Office of
Naval Research (ONR) and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR),
supports the projects of researchers in South Carolina in specific defense areas
of interest.
DOE EPSCoR
The DOE provides grants to researchers in South Carolina through Laboratory
Partnerships and Implementation Grants.
NASA EPSCoR
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration grants research infrastructure
improvement grants through the South Carolina Space Consortium.
